Ségécé works on behalf of investors of shopping centers, quality leisure and service facilities . In our organization, we take a retail shopping center from initial conception and development through to it is opening and management, as well as evaluating and acquiring existing retail shopping areas on behalf of our investors.
Proactive and Full-service management
Ségécé manages these centers by continually improving and updating the asset for all partners involved, including investors, retailers and local authorities. In our organization, Asset Management includes total supervision and control of foreign subsidiaries and partners, tenant management, property management and asset management.
