The park retail of 24 000 m ² SHON was inaugurated on October 15th.
Placed in the entry the South of the city, it comes to strengthen one of the major commercial core businesses of the urban area already including a Leclerc hypermarket, Leroy Merlin and Gamm Vert.

The Sud Avenue Retail Park counts 30 brands among which locomotives C&A, Célio, Kiabi and La Halle aux Chaussures.

The building, designed by the architect Jean-Claude Pondevie, extends on both sides of the Secondary road leading to La Tranche sur Mer. It privileges simplicity and modernity with a steel structure galvanized and facades aluminum lacquered.
