In a particularly dense business district in the centre of Athens, just 10 minutes from the Acropolis, the 13,600 sq. m GLA Athinon centre has excellent visibility and very easy access as it is situated on the main road between the city centre and the motorway to Corinth.
The centre’s redevelopment enabled the Greek mixed clothing retailer Sprider to expand its retail base in Athinon to 2,065 sq. m GLA. Sprider’s store over two floors was opened in September and acts as an anchor for the centre.
A dozen other retailers are based in Athinon alongside an 8,400 sq. m sales area Carrefour hypermarket and parking for 800 cars.
