The Shopping Center La Romanina was opened in 1992 and it immediately became one of the main trade pole in Rome.
The structure, built on the point of junction between the Big Ring Road and the motorway Rome-Naples, is placed on an area of about 66,000 m² of which 42,000 m² are covered.
It is patronised by about 8 millions visitors each year with a daily affluence average of 25,000 visitors. Potential consumers are represented by about 1.200.000 people in the South area of Rome and in the Roman castle area.
The Shopping Center is distributed on three shopping levels and three car park levels and it presents itself as an imposing building with a comfortable environment able to offer a vast variety of goods.
The Center is being renovated inside and outside, and at the end of this year one new medium-sized unit and 10 new shops will make the commercial offer richer and more attractive than before.
It features about 100 shops, a Carrefour hypermarket, 7 medium-sized units and a three level car park.
