A new lease of life for the Bari Pasteur centre
Built in 1997, the Bari Pasteur centre in Pouilles is currently being redeveloped. This much-awaited project is a response to changing demand from visitors who want more choice and medium-sized outlets.
The attractive reorganisation of space will raise the total number of outlets to 27 and add a medium-sized unit, without altering the initial GLA of the 18,568 sqm centre, including an 11,479 sqm Carrefour supermarket.
The works will also increase the size of the gallery by 350 sqm making the common areas more spacious, while the existing mall will be renovated with special attention being paid to lighting.
Finally, the commercial orientation of the centre will be shifted to personal goods so success is assured, especially as new retailers include names such as Eldo (electronic goods), Qualifarma (personal hygiene products), Yves Rocher, Madi Gioielli, Mirtillo (children), Cache Cache and Shake (women’s wear). These new magnetic partners will inject a new lease of life into the Bari Pasteur complex.
