The Shopping Center is situated in the industrial area of Cavallino (Lecce), close to one of the most important roads connecting Lecce with all the South area of Salerno, being, therefore, easily reachable both from Lecce, from the boroughs close to the town and from the boroughs of the extreme peninsula Salentina (Gallipoli, Otranto etc.)
The Shopping Centre presents an external architectural structure perfectly integrated in the typical country of the region (Puglia): apart from the olive trees in the car park, thanks to their colours and characteristics, the materials employed for the covering of the building are similar to the famous "pietra leccese" (special stone of the area of Lecce).
The mall is formed by a wide and long corridor with 27 shops facing on it. In the centre of the mall there is a food court finely decorated. One of the most relevant characteristics of the inside of the centre, built in a very elegant and accurate way, is represented by the use of natural light, provided by two big domes close to the two entrances and by four skylights along the mall. The number of car park places is 1668.
