It is based in Delhi.
After having first collected information about the Indian market and learnt about the country itself, Ségécé India aims now to bring the 53-year old European expertise of Ségécé into India.
The Ségécé Group indeed manages today 320 shopping centres and 13,000 leases in 9 European countries; it is focused from the very first day on shopping malls’ management and development only.
Ségécé India can provide any type of services related to shopping centres at any stage of a project:

- Leasing services (before opening)
- Letting Management, including re-leasing and marketing services

Ségécé India wishes to establish strong contacts and/or partnerships all across the country with Indian developers and brands in order to develop its activity on a long-term scheme.Two contracts have already been signed with ARG Developers and Avinash Group for the leasing of two shopping centres in Kota and Raipur respectively.
